Starter Pack Purchased but not showing up

I bought the starter pack in November when I registered for game, the payment went through, but never received the starter pack items. I've submitted two tickets, but haven't received a response; however I keep getting all the online newsletters.

What are the next steps on fixing this? Also payment has gone through for Starter Pack.

Have you applied in-game the codes given to you from the starter pack purchase?

I've never received a code. That's the odd thing, I get notices that I submitted a ticket, I have proof that I paid, but no response from anyone. I'm thinking something isn't connecting? I've also made sure to check spam in case it was sent there by accident.

Perhaps I should call?
