So i need some Deep gnome past lives and decided i'd mix it with Barbarian as I still need two more on my main

So was thinking of probably a +1 heart and going pure twf using short swords, with int to dam from Harper tree, havent as yet decided on what Barb tree to go down

Will prb leave the wiz level in for a bit to see how EK tree pans out as well., any further suggestions on this?

I wouldn't bother with paying for an LR +1 on an ITR life. Yes, pure barb would be more DPS, but so would sticking with the classic STR-based FB 41 / Ravager 39 split like Redsonja, rather than doing something INT-based. But I'm inferring you want to take advantage of gnome racial bonuses, otherwise why bother with short swords? Better to wait until your "final" life to LR into a pure build, IMO. But I can be notoriously stingy with my TPs... :p

EK is a terrible DPS tree, unfortunately, but there are a couple of decent survivability bonuses in it, most notably Arcane Barrier. Problem is that requires 3 wiz lvls and 13 APs, which means dropping below barb 18, which means no Death Frenzy. :(
