As it says above, I can not subscribe.
Changed billing address etc. still nothing.
In-game store does not work either, I just wanted to spend my money.

Yes, couldn't work out the zip code (postcode) thing but after the x-th try paypal worked just fine :D

I'm using my wife's visa and have verified the number, code, and expiration date, and the billing address I'm entering matches both my bank statement and other online sites. I've tried using old addresses, capitalizing differently, etc, but keep getting that error.

I can't seem to start a new thread, so I'm just going to piggy-back on yours, sorry about that!

Edit: I'm an idiot, I transposed two numbers. Works now!

im having the same problem as well im getting back into the game and i cannot subscribe on the site with the become vip article even going onto the turbine homepage i see no option to add a ddo subscription

You've got to reup VIP in game.
Goto ddo store
And there is subscription button at top
You can add subs there
