You know what grinds my gears? Color spray's exclusiveness to only Deep Gnomes.
Not only color spray came into existence as an enchantment in this game, it also is racially bonded to Deep Gnomes.
Can this be instead converted to a spell and then moved to arcane spell book please?

I'd rather liberate Prismatic Spray from the exclusivity by which it is currently bound...

He wants more AoE rainbows in the game.

I guess this game needs more spells in general but devs said that they can make several classes but only a handful of spells.

1st: what's wrong with rainbows?

2nd: By 'liberating' color spray, wouldn't that also make more rainbows?

As of right now, there is only one more way to get Prismatic Spray in-game than Color Spray. For CS, be a gnome, or deep gnome (2 ways), to get PS, be a 13 wiz, 14 sorc, or get Epic Illusionist's Garb (3 ways). Being a gnome is very unrestrictive, very easy to do, and fits with a myriad of builds. 13 wiz/14 sorc is extremely confining, and limiting one's self to EIG is even worse Lol... The DC for PS handles whether it would be powerful if given out more readily, as most players would have easily passed DCs, making it about as powerful as CS, since CS will have pretty good DCs being a racial perk, but has less lethal effects.

I'd still prefer if color spray was in my level 1 sorcerer spell book. It's a very useful level 1 spell.

Why not do both? Add PS as a T5 SLA for something, maybe EK or whatever, just make it more available... And add CS as a lvl 1 arc an spell, available to wiz/sorc, bard, arti, and warlock :D

That would be fine. The most important issue is not to restrict color spray to just one race.
