Know the Angles Pure Rogue

I have seen a couple of pure rogue builds that use Know the Angles from the Harper Tree. My apologies if I am missing something obvious, but how can a pure rogue use this ability if it takes spell points to operate it?

There was a change a long time ago that allowed non caster classes to get an SP bar via SP items, guild buffs, epic destinies and the like.

Yeah mine has like 500 standing in DC. It's quite nice, actually. Can get 650 with my old GS goggles, not sure what I could get with the new LGS stuff.

You can also take the Magical Training feat on any char (not just casters), which provides +100 SPs and Echoes of Power; you can Twist Endless Faith to boost total SPs and increase EoP's max regen to 30 SPs. This helps not only for KtA but any SP-driven ED abilities you have (e.g., Rejuv Cocoon).

Yeah, GS items with SP and stuff definitely help, and especially so if you have a Con Opp gs item.

the easiest way is put yellow augment with SP to item, u can buy in gianthold is name Topaz of power and it is for 12 lvl,16,20,24
