Deception IX stacking with improve deception

Hiya, would anyone here happen to know if deception IX (5% bluff chance) from Divine Artillery would stack with improve deception (10%) from Ring of Deceit, giving a total of 15% chance to proc the bluff on a hit or only the deception with a higher % proc value will take effect? Many thanks in advance.

They should not stack, but work independent of each other like Deception and Improved Decption.

Nokowi did this study a while ago.
The bigger question is for TWF, improved deception & new lootgen deception on opposite weapons and their effect. But with both one improved deception gear piece and one improved deception weapon, you should be maxing out the effect significantly.
Improved deception weapons are all melee though.
