I tested this about a year ago, and it worked on bursts.

the toon in question didnt have aura so couldn't test that

Yes, it works on both, but the thing about aura is that it is based on cleric level / 3. So if, for example, you have 25 cleric levels (pure cleric in a divine destiny) you only get benefit from tier 2, since 27 is divisible by 3 but 26 and 28 are not.

So the Epic Destiny adds 5 levels? And reaching level 30 now doesn't change this?

So the Epic Destiny adds 5 levels? And reaching level 30 now doesn't change this?Epic levels have no effect at all. A pure build cleric at level 30 only has 20 caster levels if in any non-divine destiny. Divine destinies add 5 caster levels, for a total of 25.

they would, but intense healing has only three ranks.

I understand that but the he next tier can give another 3 ranks so you could easily get 5 levels added to you bursts and aura

I don't actually know what the max caster levels for burst and aura are. They may already be uncapped, which would make Incredible Healing pointless for them. But then again, they may be capped at caster level 20 for all I know.
