Does the strength dmg from Shadow Form stacks with Crippling Strike?

Would anyone here happen to know if the strength damage from Shadow Form also stacks with Crippling Strike's strength damage? Many thanks.

Yep, also from stat-draining items - the STR-draining version of the sacrificial daggers for example can be a good choice once you hit epics.

Remember though, in higher epic difficulties enemies get the "epic ward" effect which will, if not eliminate stat damage & neg levels, make them regenerate very, very quickly - and stat drain is capped at -10 for each individual stat on bosses.
