How will you compensate all the people for the time and effort invested in their warlock? That's pretty much impossible, which means many will leave the game, resulting in less paid development, weaker servers, etc.

Really though, that question will never come up, because just refunding the warlock purchases, tomes and inventory, raid timers, etc bought for warlocks would put Turbine down so far in the red that they'd never consider doing it.

I know you're thinking that they could just do it without compensation, but you need to consider the fact that they're a business, new warlocks pay the bills, and people don't switch to the game that just made waves by unilaterally terminating a good portion of the playerbase's purchased property without compensation. That would pretty much be the end of DDO, though you'd probably get a great few months of lag free play before they unplugged the servers.

I see the oppposite. Warlocks are fine. Now if the other classes can get their balance pass and be brought up to par, that would be great. Leave warlock alone and please work on arites.

While you're at it, delete Monks and Artificers too. Just put them out of their misery.

And Wizards. And who ever wanted to be a cleric? Favored Soul? Pshaw, we should all be bards now. Or Rogues if you want to be all dark and mysterious. Or maybe a Paladin to have a cool anti-rogue.

Fighters and Barbarians are too outdated. We don't need need 14 classes. Just bring the game back to three and we'll be set for years. Simplicity is the way to go.

Anyway hope filled dashed dreams aside, their op in heroics if that even counts anymore lol. (Im waiting for the spend tp and veteren tr to 18 store purchase.) Epics however they're meh unless they're splashed and in the destiny. lol they're the new version of the monk mutt. My bow and arrow mows down thousands of hp continuously in its destiny. Hell my sorc can do 10's of thousands, other better sorces can do 10's of 10's of thousands (fun watching the competitions in LEE's heh)

I mean if ya really wanted to level the playing field, add cost to sla's or something.

A premium class should be over powered compared to free to play classes, whats wrong is that the other premium classes are too weak. And races as well, turbine should be asking itself why everyone isn't playing half orc and half elf. Cant sell premium services if they aren't actually better.
