View Full Version : Where can you see ticket status?

I was missing the elixirs, hireling, and tomes from the starter bundle and the in game ticket was responded to and said to use the account (out of game) tickets. I got the one token canned auto response saying they got it, but nothing since. I also had another ticket submitted that way two days earlier with the same pattern.

But where do I go to see them again? I was able to respond to email apparently to update them, but I cannot find where to see their current status/standing.

In game is fast and easy to track.

send pm to CS_Alkaid or another CS_ (just type 'CS_' into the to box and drop down will appear).

be polite (please) and inquire.
provide the ticket number and other information.
be patient (reasonably), they usually respond very fast during normal hours.

Account Support doesn't actually have a cool way of ticket tracking like the in-game tickets do. As long as you receive one of those auto-responses however, you're in the queue. We've just been backed up from the holidays and whatnot so responses are taking a lot longer than they normally do.

At any rate, I did find your ticket and I'll follow up with you there!
