I would like a suggestion for a build FvS Melee.
I will return to play after nearly two years away from the game.
My char is a Human Druid third life, first FvS WF Melee, FvS Evoker, and Druid Evoker. I would like to play again with FvS Melee, but I'm in doubt between WF or Bladeforged.
WF is viable after the latest updates?
There are many advantages of bladeforged on the WF?
If possible an example of build to Bladeforged 18FVS/2Paly or WF pure FVS.
Thank you and sorry for poor English.

Here is build that I think you will like. I played one of these and it was very strong.

Main advantage of BF is the Reconstruct SLA so you don't have to worry about the heal amp penalty; secondary advantage is Power of the Forge which stacks with class action boosts.

As well as no penalty to Charisma.

Thank you kinggartk.
This build seems to be very good, I realized that this build does not depend on a lot of items although they do big difference.
This build is viable with WF?
Thanks again.

Would be much better as a Bladeforged. Warforged has a penalty to Charisma (Bladforged does not). While Charisma is not the primary stat in this build...it is fairly important. It boosts your DC's for Sound burst (Note this is version of Sound Burst that comes from Exalted Angel Epic Destiny...not the 1st lvl spell). It also boosts your DC's for various other FVS spells and a little extra strength from Divine Might. Also...Bladeforged get Reconstruct....Warforged do not.
Bladeforged is a far superior choice for this build. I personally would build this as a Warforged.

True, but there's so much stat inflation in DDO these days that I don't consider +/-2 CHA to be a big deal. If it was, we'd all be playing drow sorcs!

I am running a Warforged FVS melee, follower of the Lord of Blades, and will pure-class it to level 20 and offer feedback once done. I'm prioritizing all melee related spells and feats, rarely taking any spells that are used in the fighting sequence. Build is going well so far, and it has many of the aspects of the linked build suggestion earlier in the thread, but I am not splashing Paladin into this one, would rather pure-class and see what happens. I used a 34 point build so I had some flexibility to boost INT for more skills work along with having a tome running in the background to boost stats also, so my results will be skewed in that way. Overall, I like the way the character plays out, as it's quite durable even though I have no armor related feat taken to this point.
