Please be aware that there is currently an issue in the DDO Store when trying to purchase points. Players may experience an error when trying to purchase a Turbine Point package. However, despite this error, the transaction may have actually completed.

If you experience an error, please wait a few minutes, then check your Turbine Point balance and/or payment method's statement. You may find that the transaction went through, and there is no need to attempt the purchase again.

We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

The issue with Point Purchases has resolved.

However, with the volume of transactions that occur this time of year, we would like to suggest that you if you do experience an error, please wait 15-20 minutes, then check your Turbine Point balance and/or payment method's statement.
