View Full Version : Absolutely Maximum Dodge?

So, the way I figure it, the absolute highest dodge cap you can have in the game is:

Halfling Rogue/Monk/Fighter (the combo doesn't matter that much, but you need at least 2 monk and 2 fighter)


25 base
11 Thief-Acrobat (6 from cores, 5 from Tier 5 ability) 32 points spent
3 Halfling (tier 2, 8 points spent)
3 Ninja Spy (tier 2, 8 points spent)
3 Kensai (tier 2, 8 points spent)
---
45 Dodge cap

You can also get max dodge from swashbuckler, assassin, tempest, and shintao but in combination the totals are always worse

I think we should lobby for more +max dodge somewhere, particularly in epic destinies on the abilities that grant +dodge

NS agility and Kensei agility shouldn't stack so you'd need to go 3 ranger.

Probably better off staying 18 rogue though as it only nets you 1 extra dodge, you're also forgetting 2 ship buff and 4 from scion of air/astral. So right now you can hit 49%, 48% if you want to keep 18 rogue levels.

Check out Hassan's Assassin in my sig for a breakdown of 51 dodge cap and dodge. Max dex bonus on the build is currently 45 due to shadowscale light armor's base max dex bonus of 19. The new raid light armor, Leathers of the Celestial Avenger, however, have a max dex bonus of 24 and would allow for 50% dodge.

The build also has 25% incorp from shadowdancer's shadowform as well as 5% miss chance from elusive target.

A couple of the new legendary feats give +4% to dodge cap (and dodge)
