Used to play DDO back in 2011; Character gone

Hello I was a big player/fan of DDO back in 2011, but today I decided to check out the game again, and maybe get back and play but I have noticed my character was gone...

I worked SOOOO hard on it (so many hours) and I cant find it...

If anyone could please look it up and maybe find some answers that would be awesome!

Turbine has said they won't delete your characters, even after an extended absence.

Since the default login server has changed a few times since you were last on, try checking out all the other servers to see which one the character is hanging out on.
