As title says.... really? With a 90 a ****ing grazing hit? It was on Legendary Hard, no even elite, on a CR 45 kobold. The funny party is that with non-bosses CR35 kobolds i'm seeing the same, too many grazing hits.

Did that quest yesterday on Legendary Elite (pulled the warriors focus that is gone by now with the rollback).
The kobolds hit for several hundred damage in melee, but their bladebarriers only tickled my wizzard.
Enchantment spells worked better than Necro spells, dispite beeing a pale master and not having any enhancement gear.
To hit seemed not to be a problem for the weapon users. The bosses were quite easy with dots and ranged attacks.

Yesterday on normal Tempest spine I rolled a 6+90 and was garzing hit against marut. I wouldn't mind it on elite so I know I need to tweak my gear...but on normal seems a bit too much.

Yesterday on normal Tempest spine I rolled a 6+90 and was garzing hit against marut. I wouldn't mind it on elite so I know I need to tweak my gear...but on normal seems a bit too much.
I did Creeping Death yesterday on Legendary Elite and I saw the same grazing hits that i'm seeing on hard.

I have, sitting on my airship with GH, ram's might and magic fang (wolf form), +91 bonus to hit (+96 with precision). On hard there should be no grazing hits at all with that.

Also, on the other quests all abishais/barbazu/orthon are reducing my damage as if i didn't have good on my weapons, and i have it.
