Howdy folks!
Lamannia has been updated and is now open!
There will be an event tonight to take a look at the rebalanced raids from 8pm to 11pm Eastern (GMT-5)
I'll post again (and then update this post) when we open up the world.

10:1 the Shroud will still be too easy on Elite, though. :p
I think the event will be a little late at night for me, but i'll be sure to run the raid once lama opens again.

Is Update 29 Gonna hit Live before Christmas?
It's great you're taking a bit more time on Lama this time round after the last few updates virtually hit live within 2-3 days but do we have to go from one extreme to the other?

This is a big update....I think the time they are taking on this is just about right. Not extreme...IMO.

If the Update was tomorrow I'd agree with you.
If the Update was definitely next Monday {heck or even Wednesday} I'd still agree with you.
BUT:
They haven't even given us a date yet!
P.S. I would like more than 2 hrs notice of the Update going live.

Not in this Lamannia build, no.
That said, we have a fix internally that QA is in the process of reviewing.

The two new quests will also be available for preview. The main changes in this update other than harder new raids and the new quests is a lot of polish and fixing of U29-related stuff. The Release Notes are updated, but it's pretty sparse in terms of "new" things. There were a lot of changes made to get things working, however.
Also, cookies.

All greensteel augment slotting is broken - you can't slot anything!

Ho kookie, getting prompt to login to lamma and selecting the game world but again as with update 29 test 2 I am left back on the desktop, dont know what you guys did to let us into lamma last time as there was no fix announced.

There's apparently something wrong with Lama client update on WIN10, it's 2nd time when I can't log in. First was at 2nd round of Lama, I have to re-download game and install it. Now it's 2nd time when I can't log in. Same symptoms as before. Game not launch after turbine launcher is minimalized...

There is an issue in this build where augments (both Legendary Green Steel and regular) cannot be slotted.

At least master of alignment is now available to take as a feat.

I was right. Didnt notice much change myself but my party of 4 said they noticed higher HP on the portals in pt1.
The rest really felt the same as before to me. Too easy on elite.
This isnt just a new raid. This is the raid that launches new endgame content. It should border on impossible to beat on highest difficulty. At least at first.
How the frick am i suppose to convince people to come back to this game for the endgame when I'm crushing it with 4 people? Seriously.

Issue one; greensteel helmet adds no visual feature. It probably is not even recognized at all as anything. It did not even create a taint as far as I can tell.
Second - the taint never goes away. Once you're hit by it, it stacks up and even if you release and quickly remove all greensteel items it remains and kills you (if you can't heal yourself). Lets hope that don't remain because that's game breaking. I found that out by adding greensteel goggles to see if it had a visual feature (all weapons seems too), got hit by the taint, started dying pretty quickly, tried to release, removed all items - heroic and otherwise and still kept dying. Stacked up to a juice 300+ hit with no way of ever getting rid of it.
