ToEE Leather Armor

My Epic ToEE Leather armor is only giving me +3 Dex Bonus (dropping my AC by 28 from Shadowscale armor)

If I hover over the AC on my character sheet it says
Dexterity Bonus: +3
Load: 3
Max Dex +35

I have a medium load.


Does anybody have any idea why?


Opening/Closing/Relogging does not change my AC.
My Dex Bonus is +28.

My Shadowscale is:
2 higher base AC
1 alchemical ritual
25 (getting +28 dex bonus instead of +3)

Ah yes, my Shadowscale had a Strength augment and changed light to med load when unequipped.

I never noticed medium load dropped maxdex to +3.
