Need help.

Hey.
So i recently TR'ed into a wizard. After a few quests i realized that i'm not getting the xp bonus from my greater tome of learning that i got from the expac. I consumed it before TR'ing and now i don't get any bonus xp, nor do i see the icon. Some advice on what to do would be nice.

there are two types of tomes - heroic and epic. heroic shows up in heroic levels, epic in epics.

If you haven't logged out since TR - log out for 5 mins and come back in. That solved the issue for me the few times I lost tomes.

If that does'nt work log a ticket with in-game support. They might be able to help, but not always.

Also, if you only had an epic tome it won't work at heroic levels and won't even show up, but it will show up again when you hit 20.

If all else fails, contact account support and let them know.

I am aware of that, but the problem is i consumed them both yet only the epic one is active and the heroic one disapppeared.
