View Full Version : Incorrect charge from DDO Market

I got charged the normal upgrade price rather than the sale price for the Menance of the Underdark.
I immediately sent an email to contact@turbine.com as there were no other contacts listed that I could see.
I got an automated email back with a ticket #24001-723210 but have had no other response and it has been 5 days (nearly 6).
