have only soloed my entire time and am going to reincarnate into a druid/Rouge, hopefully for the last time. I don't need the most powerful build ever I just don't want to complete garbage. Please let me know what you think about the below build in general and let me know what you might change and why.

You want play in one of druid forms? If yes, which one?

- Blood moon frenzy is in my opinion waste of AP, also if you want use Flight I suggest give more AP in Extra Wild Empathy.

- Reaving Roar III and Fatal Harrier III can't be used at same time. Fatal is the only choice, unless you want build some kind of tank build and have problems with keeping agro.

- I don't see Improved Critical, this will lower your overall dmg.

- Is it str, dex or int build? Where you want put all your points from leveling? Your str is quite low, this will affect your dmg.

- Building toon under both forms (Bear & Wolf) makes you weaker. It's quite pointless to change forms between fights, especially when standard form dont give you much bonuses. You have to spend extra AP to get more benefits from choosen form. It's better to choose specialization, bear or wolf.

- Dodge feat can give you access to Four Legs enh, it's good situational ability, for example in Temple of Elemental Evil final fight.

- No points in skill heal ? How you want boost your Positive spell power? Do you use hirelings to heal yourself, when you have access to good healing spells?

- Animal forms w/o TFW or SWF line are weak.

Fast suggestion of build before I go sleep:

16drd/2ftr/2rog

Int based build, need access to harper tree for Strategic Combat I & II (Note: I'm not sure if it works with animal forms, wiki says it wont work with unarmed and animal forms are considered unarmed)
If it wont work, have to leave str at 13 or even take some points away from Int and add them to str.

Stats:

Strength 13 (13 If you take PA, if no, can be lower)
Dexterity 12 (12 and +1 at 3rd level from +1 tome for Dodge/Precision)
Constitution 16
Intelligence 18 (All level points here)
Wisdom 9 (Can be more if you dump str for sake of choosen Precision )
Charisma 8


Levels:
