View Full Version : Something screwy with auto billing?
Been VIP since appr, aug.
Went to login in tonight and have a premium acct and no access to my chars since they all have warlock in em.
Went to the store and all my billing info is there. From checking past statements, was supposed to be billed on the 17th. Doesn't show on statement.
I dont want to "re-buy" and get double billed next month. Can someone advise me here? What happened?

If using a credit card, I would check to see if your credit card is canceled. Not by you, but because your credit card company was hacked and then they automatically cancel everything and send you a Dear John Letter but don't do anything else or even explain what their lax security problem is.
Using anything else, I have no experience with.
No CC, debit card, acct is good, just looks like billing was skipped and turbine acct wasn't paid.
Point me in a direction (link?) to contact turbine about this maybe? I cant go ingame without deleting a toon.

Call them on the phone if you are in US. Their phone no. is on the Turbine web site, & their hours are pretty limited, starting at 2pm ET M-F, I believe, but they're normally pretty good on stuff like that. That's probably the fastest way to deal with it. Or, send a PM to CS_Alkaid, who handles customer support issues on the forums.

I have been summoned!
Our system will always try to you bill you as long as your payment details are up to date. If you moved recently or if you were issued a new card with a new expiration date, for example, and forgot to update your information prior to when your subscription was up for renewal, our system would not be able to process the payment. Whenever VIP access is unexpectedly lost, it's always a good idea to head over to the MyAccount site and re-enter your payment information just in case. Once you do that, you should be able to reinstate your account.
Kurr- Our phone lines open up in about thirty minutes, but I'll create an email ticket for you anyway so we can look into what is specifically causing your issue and follow up with you there!
