Anyone knows a fix for this epic destiny exp loss?

This is something that happens every now and then when people reincarnate, so it is a known issue.

You must send in a ticket when in-game support is available and wait for a GM to respond to you on that character.

In Game Support is available from 10:00AM until 1:00AM Eastern.

This happened after an Epic Reincarnation? Did you happen to perform a Lesser Reincarnation of any sort immediately prior to the ER? I ask because they only time I've seen this happen is when performing a Heroic True Reincarnation immediately after an Epic Reincarnation - I've not yet encountered the issue after just an ER.

Regardless, as Dragavon said it's a known issue and easily/readily fixed by filing an in-game ticket. The only catch is that it can take some time for them to answer it (depends on ticket volume) and you need to be able to go to an Epic Trainer when they do get to you - so if you're questing while waiting for a response, be ready to exit the quest immediately regardless of how close you are to completion (ideally you'll have a maens of Teleportation handy).

That sucks. I think the only way is to put in a ticket in game, so that a GM can grant you that xp/progress back.

No.Well that sucks, but thanks for the info :) Don't suppose you remember off hand if there was anything particular you did immediately prior to the ER? (Vague question, I know but...)

I know the "preventative measure" to avoid having this problem from ERing and then TRing is to completely log out of the game after the ER, then log back in to start the TR. Since your case is clearly not that, anything you can tell us about about your activities preceding the ER might {hopefully} help develop more "preventive measures" for just an ER.

I went to carry on with the reincarnation immediately after initiation and noticed it after logging into the game again, as there was no active destiny.

I QUIT the game before each step, logging off first. I.E, I get everything ready for the epic reincarnation and am standing before the glowing thingamajig: I log off to char selection screen, then quit the game. Wait a few seconds, load the game and log in and proceed. NOW I talk to the light, make my selection and am told I will have the reincarnate button available. So I log out, see the button but do not click it. Quit the game and restart, then click the button.

A full exit and restart of the game at EACH AND EVERY step no matter how minor is sadly par for the course nowadays...

As others have said put in a Ticket for a GM to help. Be patient I've had to wait up to 30 minutes before (but keep in mind how long it took you to earn that xp), but they will fix you right up.

I too have started to close the client (Quit out of game) after turning in the ER stone. Since then (knock on wood) I have not had this issue pop up. So I wonder if it has something to do with the client combined with lag.

I always do this too, for any type of reincarnation.
