Question to the Devs: Do I have to level my ETRed Toons now?

Dear DEV Team,

I bought epic hearts for my eight level 28 heroes and turned them in at the Liveshaper. Now they all have the "Reincarnate" button showing on the Log-In Screen.

My question is now: Do I have to go onto the bridge between the worlds (the re-leveling 1-20 part) before level 30 hits the live servers? With all the changes lately most of my builds need a update and I don't want to rush choosing the builds. I hope nothing bugs out when I hit the “reincarnate” button on a level 28 after the update when I “turned in” the karma and heart earlier before the update.

Reincarnation Flagging: According to our tests, if you flag for Reincarnation before Update 29 (make it so Character Select shows the big REINCARNATE button), you will be able to reincarnate after Update 29 without any further changes. You won't have to gain additional XP or levels, etc.
