+1LR Issue

Unsure if I'm doing something wrong or there is some bug in this but having created a Bladeforged specifically to reroll as a ranger I now find that my skill point choices in the level up dialogue are restricted to those of a paladin (eg skills that a paladin would have starred '*' are still starred even though I am now a ranger), when I check in my character sheet the correct skills are starred.

I'm loathe to advance beyond my initial level as I don't want to have to buy more LR hearts to fix things later, but I really want to get on and play... :/

Anyone know of a solution?

edit: It seems even though the dialogue with the Life-Shaper indicates that I am levelling as a ranger the level up screen is trying to advance me as a Paladin.

Don't have any input on your LR issue, but you might want to read this thread (https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/467755-Mithral-Body-and-Ranger-Enhancements) before committing to BF rgr. Short version: Mithral Body doesn't seem to qualify as light armor for Tempest enhs. :(

Issue is due to the way that the +1LR description is worded, it to me implied that I could change one of my classes, so I was changing my Paladin for Ranger. What it actually meant was that I could do that for one level, which if I'd read the description for the +20 was made clear.

Just wish the +20LR I have on various other characters was BtA... :(

If it is a new alt, just accept you've lost the +1 heart and delete the character. There are guides on the forums, but essentially you just need a +1 heart. Roll a new BF just as you plan your ranger, with the exception of the first level. Then go to the grove and switch that initial level to whatever your final build looks like.
