I am about to iconic tr for my 2nd pdk life and I am not sure if sagas carry through true reincarnation. If they do then my 2nd questions is can you have epic sagas and heroic sagas completed and rdy to turn in at the same time?

Basically I am hoping to avoid the lvl 15-20 gap by using saga turn ins.

Unfortunately this will not work. Sagas reset on heroic and iconic tr so you can only bank that xp for epic TRs.

15-20 goes fairly fast.
