If I wanted to build a thrower, which feats are considered good for throwers?

IC: Thrown
Rapid Shot
Quick Draw

Anything else?

Precision, Point Blank Shot, Precise Shot, Imp Prec Shot, Overwhelming Crit, Combat Archery, and Doubleshot ED feat all work with throwing weapons. And Brutal Throw, of course, but there's not much incentive to taking that. Ten Thousand Stars and Shuriken Expertise are for monk shuriken builds only, obviously. Also generic DPS bonuses like Power Critical, Shot on the Run (+3 Ranged Power), and Weapon Focus / Spec Ranged & Thrown (which provide +2 Ranged Power per feat, regardless of which weapon type used).

Just to add--it seems that the moment of 'arming' (or drawing the weapon) is about 1/3 the whole firing process, so quickdraw is essential and the main difference between throwers and other ranged builds. In epics, you want whirling wrists from shiradi.

Thank you. I have plans of rolling a thrower too.

Does the haste from whirling wrists replace haste or supplement it?

Whirling wrists is a feat bonus, it stacks with everything. Its pretty much non optional as a twist on a thrower.

Shuriken Expertise is absolutely not a Monk specific ability. All drow get it, and you can select it as a feat. It powerful on a bard thrower that uses Shuriken for example.

If you look at some of the links listed at the bottom of this wiki article, you should find some info about throwers.
