Every time i try to do the vip, all i get is lotro page for upgrade, no ddo so what is going on with that? trying to subscribe to ddo, not lotro and have no key since i downloaded online and still won't let me go further, plus support is closed 2 hours than they are supposed to be on eastern time so can't get help via phone
