Cannot buy Turbine points through steam! Help!

As title says, I cannot buy any turbine points on the DDO store using my steam wallet! There is enough on my steam wallet but every time I try to buy some points at the point when I try to confirm the purchase, instead of confirming and giving me the points, the DDO store tells me that they cannot treat my purchase at this point and cancels it...and when I look up on my mail I can see two mails, one confirming the purchase and the other one saying that steam refunded me the amount for the points...so what can I do now? Needed those points to try a few things out before playing any further >(

Okay so I sorted it out by contacting the support of xsolla.com (those who seem to be in charge of the transaction) at support.xsolla.com and they seem to have fixed it, thanks to them!
