The Turbine Account Maintenance site at http://myaccount.turbine.com will be brought down for maintenance on Tuesday, October 13th from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern (-4 GMT). During this time, players will be unable to make changes to their accounts. During this time, players may not be able to log into the game or web site.

During this time, players may not be able to log into the game or web site. I've updated the copy to reflect that. If you have already logged in, you should be able to play with no issue.

So no hotfixes during downtime? Its fine to be able to play if logged in, but... Wouldn´t that be a perfect time to apply some patches too?

Sorry. The downtime is impacting DDO, but is not directly DDO-related. Myaccount.turbine.com is being brought down as part of LOTRO's rollout of their new LOTRO Store. Myaccount being down impacts DDO in various ways. DDO's new Store will be coming soon, but LOTRO's going first.

I hope the new store will address the issues of:
- Not being shown a supreme tome if you have even a single stat above the level of the tome
- All the missing bind type detail

Does this mean that even if you are logged into the game, you will be unable to access the store?

Just a heads up that so far we haven't seen reports of people unable to log into the game, so looks like we're good.

The DDO Store is still available without issue.
