I did an ETR with my main "Mokune" yesterday morning and after building back to 20 I noticed none of my Stat tomes or Skill tomes applied and Paladin Sacred Defender Enhancements were in the Morninglord Tree.
I logged out. Restarted my PC then DDO and logged back in with Mokune.
My Enhancement Trees were correct AND all my Stat and Skill Tomes had been applied.
HOWEVER....I did NOT get the benefit of the bonus Skill Points due to my Intelligence increasing from the +4 Int Tome applying at 3, 7, 11 & 15.
A Lesser Heart of Wood would fix it :)
