Just like the title says, been trying for 45 minutes using different cards and address combinations, nothing is working. I wanted to go VIP... I've been VIP in the past, with this payment method. I live in the US.

I verified all my information and guess what, my info isn't wrong.

Why isn't your service cooperating?

The MyAccount site might have been a bit finicky last night. Let me know if you're still running into this issue now; I was able to log in just fine to update my information at a test. Oh, and make sure you're using either Firefox or IE when you're logged into MyAccount.

Hey CS_Alkaid,

Still not working. I tried a few different cards in both Fire Fox and IE and it still is telling me that it cannot update my account information.

I really don't understand what is going on.

Any suggestions? I cant even purchase turbine points now and i would like to take advantage of the storage sale going on now

I took a look at your account- it looks like you should be all set now?
