Help - Sun Elf : DC Spell like ability Sunburst ???

Hello everyone, I have a question about the "Amaunator's Brilliance" Spell Like Ability: Sunburst in the Morninglord enhancement Tier 4.

What is EXACTLY the DC of this spell ???

It s said that it s based on wisdom, ok... But...

1- Does Evocation bonus you can get with feats, stuff, EDs apply on the DC of this spell like ability ???
2- If you are multiclassing, does the DC increase with the character level or apply with the highest caster level or maybe only based on cleric caster level ???
3- Does heighten can increase the DC of this spell like ability ???
4- Does epic destinies core increasing caster levels increase also the DC of this spell like ability ???

Hi, don't know the answers 100% for sure, but I think:

1- Yes, it's an evocation sla so those should apply.
2- all racial abilities that scale by level go by characters level :-)
3- I would say yes, it's not a base L9 spell and other metas work
4- Caster levels never increase the dc of spells. However, if you're asking if they increase damage then probably, but since it's an arcane and druid spell you would probably need to be in an arcane or primal ED :/
