So you bought Veteran II status from the store by accident because you had it in your cart when you hit the "Buy" button?
Missclick on your side then, isn't the worst item you bought for a new player.

If it bothers you very much you can try to fill a ticket to the support team on Monday, perhaps they can help you.

The in-game GMs will not be able to do anything. That will have to be an Account Support ticket or phone call.

That said, I second the thought that if it can't be refunded for whatever reason, it's not the worst thing you (@ the OP) could have accidentally purchased. :)

Never understood why to play on multiple servers or multiple accounts. I pass on "extra" work. Favor unlock is sufficient for me.

If you actually play on every server then you'll find yourself with 3k favor on each without breaking a sweat.
