Chuck Noris would play my 9monk/6ranger/5rogue because Chuck Norris is the only that can do all the things my toon do in RL. :D

"I make one comment about the heat in this place, and suddenly this Mr. Know-it-All appears. As if he's an expert on heated places."

If a movie was made with your favorite character as the lead, who would play him/her/it?
Would need a shorter version of Quicksilver from X-Men: Days of Future Past. Hyper, mischievous.

Stephen Amell... at least, he seems to know how to use a bow

That one guy who played the Uruk-Hai Berserker in "The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers" where he ran into the small drainage in the deeping wall where a mine was planted with a lit torch and blew it all up despite being shot by Legolas...twice.

Really signifies the whole "Leeroy" mindset of "Charging into one's own death", y'know?

And that's how an adventurer should always live by.

Darn good question this week...
I will go with Bruce Willis... from about 20 years ago.

Since I love Terry Pratchett, my favourite Character would be "Cohen the Barbarian". Who better to play this Character (meanwhile) than the one and only legendary film barbarian himself, Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Then again in DDO my favourite would be a Warlock. The best warlock would be the late Christopher Lee. I would settle for second best then, and nominate a female one, Brigitte Nielsen. She really played a perfect black witch on "Fantaghiro" when I was much younger ^^. Also has barbarian ties, tho, so perhaps a multi-purpose role for her?

I cannot think of a suitable actress.

Steppenwulf
09-01-2015, 03:23 PM
Luke Goss (Prince Nuada, Hellboy 2 The Golden Army) I believe would be able to portray a fantastic Drizzt Do'Urden if a movie was made that includes the iconic character.

If a movie was made with your favorite character as the lead, who would play him/her/it?

I'd go with Ahhhnold, circa Terminator, for my Warforged. But he'd need a lot of CGI work for the semi-living metal look.

09-01-2015, 04:27 PM
Some unknown actress who would become fabulously famous due to my toon's inherent awesomeness

Amy Davidson from "The Truth About Jane" would be mine. Although she is a full 5' tall, she is how I envision my slender halfling ranger/rogue, and as a dancer, she has the agility my character has. In addition, she has the elven features a halfling would have.

Fairuza Balk as Joan Jett

For Maraga my swashbuckler: Summer Glau. Gorgeous, graceful, and kicks serious butt. Also acceptable: Jennifer Lawrence. Really, whichever of them is willing to cut her hair short and dye it light purple.

Maraga's previous incarnation as gimpy hagglebard: Amy Adams. (I'd also accept her as Maraga's current incarnation, I just don't see her being as fighty as the others, but I'd be willing to try it out). Same hairstyle rules, though.

For Grynd as dwarven ranger: Hmm, tough one. Ohhhh, wait. Ron Perlman. Yeah. That'd work.

Donajya as monk: Michelle Yeoh would do nicely, I think. As long as she was willing to make herself look extremely sunburned.

Donajya in her current PDK pally: The actress who plays Brienne in Game of Thrones. ...Pretty much as Brienne. So she probably wouldn't want to do it. Brigitte Nielsen back in the day would've also worked quite well.

Caisys (elven FvS): Leelee Sobieski

...Ooh, Lucy Lawless as Dona and Renee O'Connor as Maraga... hmm... this has possibilities... Michael Hurst as Otifalcon (halfling rogue/arti), Kevin Smith would make for a more-than-acceptable Grynd... Ted Raimi as my human warlock Gonari... Kevin Sorbo could be my dwarven barb Rorshgur. Hudson Leick as Caisys. *muses* Don't really have a good role for Bruce Campbell, so he can be "The Dungeonmaster'. Or possibly the Big Bad.
