Confirming, Titan s Fist intelligence bonus is broken for about..... hmmm.... As long as artificers exists in the game, if I recall correctly.

Taking in consideration how extremely rare that runearm is, it has only been reported several times. Since the number of players actually being happy about fixing it/caring at all about it being fixed is likely in double digit area, devs either forgot it, or they dont care.

The GOOD news is, that there is one more terribly broken item from the same area, that is however, broken in our favor.

(OP, if you feel like it, report it as a bug. I dont think you hav any chance to get it fixed, but hey. I can be wrong. I just dont believe it at all)
