Dail Dice Xp Points and 2 level cap

Do daily dice roll experience points tokens ignore the 2 level cap if used. For example I have a 30k stone from gold jackpot and if I use it at level 1 would I lose some of the xp from going over 2 levels worth?

There is a grand total of three things that ignore the xp cap: Otto's boxes, Monster Manual xp, and Daily Dice xp.
