so.. I pulled a nice Mythic +2 heroic Riftmaker. And I wanted to use it asap. So I rolled a fresh Ftr 1 / Barb 13 PDK mule. Not sure how much am I gonna play it.
Final split would be 18/1/?. 19th level of barbarian doesn't bring much. If I ever get it to 20... what would be a good choice for the one level?

Ftr 2, rgr (Bow Str combined w/Manyshot), or cleric/FvS (Div Might) are all viable options for final level.
I'd take 1 Druid (Ram's Might = +2 Str, +2 Base Damage).

What's the highest Insightful STR item these days, +4? If so, then having Div Might instead will beat Ram's Might + 4 insight STR item if you have CHA 28 (+9 mod) or higher. Considering the ridiculous stat inflation in DDO these days, that's a trivial endgame goal, IMHO.
Plus druid splash means you're stuck using non-metal armor (or unequipping it every time you rebuff); not a big deal if you rely on dragonscale, but there's a lot of other options these days.

Good points.
+4 exists (Mythic Emerld Gaze), but is not best in slot any more (Sightless). So back to +2 augment basically.
ToEE armor is steel, so if you want to wear that, druid is indeed not a good option.
For DM vs. KTA I'd just take whatever fits better according to your prefered weapon style. DM for THF, KTA for TWF.

Also - What's the chances of the OP having picked Chaotic Good as his alignment for his PDK? {Druid could require an alignment change.}.

Thanks for the discussion. I am true neutral. I would have gone druid but the nonmetallic armor is a showstopper. FvS is an option for the saves (+2 base, +3 vs spells for 4 AP). Bard is also decent for base saves and to kick-start my UMD.

I don't know if it's still true but barbarians with a bard splash has the following benefit:
Training the Skaldic Rage enhancement has a (probably) unintended effect on Barbarian Rage: The strength bonus granted by your barbarian rage is increased by 4. Skaldic Rage does not need to be active (just trained) to produce this effect.
Activating Skaldic Rage along with barbarian rage grants no additional benefit (though your
armor class is decreased by additional 4).

This got nerfed / bugfixed a while ago, I think when U24 came out. My barb-splashed bards were bummed about it. :(

Fvs for divine might is one of the higher dps options, but you need a substantial charisma investment to milk it for all its worth
