2- can someone tell me I can find a collapsed portable hole? How hard is it to get? AH has a few but price is very high. :(

It's once per server per day. So you can pick one character on each server you play on to roll every day.

Portable holes can be found as random loot/end rewards.

The easiest way though is to earn Argonnessen (http://ddowiki.com/page/Agents_of_Argonnessen)favor. (Gianthold is a good source of this) The 75 favor reward is a selection of items, a portable hole will always be on that list.

the suggestion about Argonnessen favor is how I do it. Til then, hoard less...you can expand your bank space from House Kundarak favor much sooner, if that is some solace.

Easiest way is to run Gianthold quests on either Hard or Elite until you get the favor. The reward giver is near the bank in the marketplace.

The absolute best polace that I have found to get Portable holes is to run the DESERT slayer. If I am looking for the Ring of Spell Storing I will be guaranteed to find a collapsed portable hole.
