eRiftmaker vs lvl26 TF maul

I have the usual human barb 20 (capstone FB, T5 Ravager) in LD. I suspect epic Riftmaker should be more DPS. However, TF maul has armor piercing. Or should I sit on two chairs, try to fit in IC:Slash and swap as needed?

Riftmaker has better base damage and a better crit. profile than TF maul.
TF Maul with pulverizer: 4.5[1d10] + 12; 15-18 x3, 19-20 x6
Riftmaker with Headman's Chop: 5[1d12] + 12; 17-18 x 4, 19-20 x8

It surely beats TF against no fort.

Fort bypass options would be Black armor or Hide of the Fallen, both for -20%, that's only 15% less bypass.
That axe is a solid choice, especially if you haven't even crafted TF yet.
