Does anyone know if the new chain in amarth do the optional named monster chest drop any items? Are they worth going for? Because as far as I have seen they do not

nope, xcept end chests all other chests are just trasloot chests, and as it seems to me they offer even like 2-3 ML lower loot than endchest as I m getting mostly ml 26 loot there.
