Fate Slots on your Epic Destiny Tree

Just a question please,

I you have taken the tier 3 spell pene from draconic epic dest path and put it in your fate slot then gone back to your magister epic dest which also has spell pene in the tree do they stack? if so great !!! then I can do it:-)
