Cunfusion on EB with Just Reward

this may be a noobish question but if it has been asked i haven't seen the answer. Does Just Reward proc on eldritch blast criticals? and if so does it proc on the aura version of eldritch blast?

Basic Eldritch Blasts do not trigger Scourge or Just Reward; warlock SLAs do (inc. Eldritch Burst and Spirit Blast). Someone claims ES auras can trigger Scourge, but have not seen independent confirmation.
