Where can I find a powerleveling guide for DDO that works well in Update 27?

If you're level 19 or lower, you can experience power-leveling by grouping with someone at least 4 levels higher than you. For maximum effect, group with someone 7 or more levels higher than you.

Run quests once each on Elite for the first time and bravery bonuses.

Skip especially long or annoying quests like Misery's Peak and Faithful Departed.

Switch to Hard at Epics (or high heroics if you start having difficulty).

And I suppose if you're not VIP then you can use the Bravery Marshall if you ever need to run a quest on Normal. Hmm, it'd be nice if it could be coded to automatically suspend BB for Normal.

Enter quest on elite. Press W and LMB, and don't release them until the end of the quest. Collect XP. ;)

Where can I find a powerleveling guide for DDO that works well in Update 27?

Step 1: enter a quest on Elite.
Step 2: complete that quest.
Step 3: go into another quest on Elite. Don't go back into the same quest again unless it's exceptional or you just really, really like that quest.

That's pretty much it ever since Bravery Bonus was introduced. If you can't complete the quests on Elite, then Hard will work very nearly as well.
