You don't have your enhancements or epic destiny info listed, so it's difficult to know exactly what you intend to do with the build. But judging from your feat list, it looks like you are going for a purely casting focused arti. Assuming that's the case, here are few comments.

Artificers are inherently a hybrid class. In other words, they can do both ranged/casting or melee/casting. Ignoring one component altogether to maximize another is a loss of overall potential. But if you can maximize the classes full potential, then you end up with a very versatile and effective build. Artificers get enough feats that they can take everything needed for full casting and full ranged ability (or melee I suppose, I've never built a melee arti, so I can't really comment on that). A purely casting focused artificer will not be nearly as effective as a purely casting focused sorc or warlock. You will eat up your spell point pool quickly if all you intend to do is spam spells and you won't do sufficient damage with the SLAs in epics.

You gain very little from the mental toughness line (3% spell crit and some spell points). You'd gain a lot more overall by dropping those and picking up some ranged feats. I'd also drop toughness. You won't need it on a warforged arti.

Have a look at Dubbell O'Seven in my sig for an arti that emphasizes both casting and ranged. It does solid dps and has great survivability. The combination of casting and ranged damage works very well together. Hope that helps.
