Strickened form/soul working on a soul eater?

I investigated this on my soul eater alt, and it just doesn't seem to be working. The debuffs aren't showing up in hotbar.. Unless it's part of strickened, it seems to be broken as of now. Thanks in advance!

The vulnerability effect from strickened form definitely works, i get purple numbers all the time after hitting with stricken. Not sure about the other debuffs. The chaotic damage from greater hunger also works.

The damage debuff also works. In fact, I think it is doing way more than it is supposed to since Stricken monsters have a tendency to do zero damage.

Yeah i was testing around with it on a boss, sorry. I thought it was supposed to appear in the enemie's debuff window. Didn't know it was built into the stricken thing. I also thought just hitting a mob with stricken produced multiple stacks of vuln. Now i know that once you stricken, have to build it up with EBing the boss or mob or whatever.
