Epic Holy Avenger

We have Divine Vengeance (which is sadly outdated), but I'm proposing an epic Holy Avenger. As with Divine Vengeance, it's full power would only be seen in the hands of a pure paladin.

Some ideas for things it could do -

proc Judgement
accelerate smite regeneration
increase the wielder's MRR
bane damage against Evil in general. More against evil outsiders and undead.
