Warlock PL

Did my Warlock on the completionist and TRed last night. I gave the Past Life a try.

The Confusion does seem to have no DC and works from stealth, seemingly ideal for a bard stealth build.

But alas the effect is short and after the effect has expired everyone, including the mob you confused plus all others in the area, seem to know exactly where you are even if you are stealthed and bee line right for you.

So it doesn't work so well in practice for me.

Anyone found a good use for this PL to justify using a feat?

If it works like the SLA in scholar in terms of targetting, you don't need full line of sight (though you do still to see them...just not be able to hit them with projectiles or rays.) So you could use it from down below a ledge where they can't get to you easily (or above) to cause them to tear into each other for a bit. Aim for the champs for maximum gain. They can do some real damage in that 10 seconds, and will take some from all their friends jumping them.
