Spiritual Retribution does not work with unarmed attacks

I'm trying Wolf-Warlock, but I don't get 3d6 light damage effect with wolf form (and bear form).

Its description shows "Your Eldritch Blasts, Melee Attacks, and Ranged Attacks gain 1d6/2d6/3d6 Light damage that scales with Spell Power."

I know some effect does not work with unaremd attacks (2d6 shadow damage on Dragon Masque, 2d6 light damage on glove from MoD).

But this is not an item, enhancement. And it does not say "WEAPON", just "MELEE" .

Unarmed attacks are not considered as Melee ????? then what is it??

Anyone know this is WAI or a bug?

Maybe is broken... just as many other things with handwraps...

Having previously been playing a monk I can't say I'm surprised if it doesn't work. I'd be more surprised if it did...
