Rank 3 of Spiritual Ward is only giving me 12 MRR, where as the description says it is supposed to give me 10 MMR + 3 MRR Determination to me and allies. I can toggle it on and off and and wait for the buff to go away and the difference is 12, not 13. I don't have any other MRR other than the 6 I get from the T1 Resilience of Soul. Anyone else having this issue?

Actually after a bit more checking, it doesn't seem to be stacking with Resilience Soul in T1. if you turn off the aura, the points are there from RS, but when you turn on the aura it doesn't increase by 13. So some part of it doesn't appear to be stacking with the aura.

So after doing more testing this is what I have determined thus far about MRR and it not stacking properly with warlock enhancements.
I currently have a 8 Monk / 5 Warlock / 3 Fighter ... Halforc
1 Epic Divine PL for 3 PRR
1 PDK Iconic PL for 3 PRR
1 Warlock PL for 3 MRR
Stalwart Defense Stance which gives 10 PRR and 10 MRR, type not listed.
Durable Defense which gives 15 PRR and 15 MRR, type Competence.
Mountain Stance - Adept which gives 8 PRR, type not listed.
Iron Skin enhancement which gives 15 PRR in Mountain Stance, type not listed.
Resilience of Body enhancement which gives 6 PRR, type not listed.
Resilience of Soul enhancement which gives 6 MRR, type not listed.
Spiritual Bastion enhancement which gives 10 PRR, type not listed and 3 PRR, type determination.
Spiritual Ward enhancement which gives 10 MRR, type not listed and 3 MRR, type determination.
Based on all of this if all added together it comes to 73 PRR and 47 MRR.
Mysterious Cloak (14) which gives 18 MRR, typed insight. Green slot = Sapphire of Defense 10 which gives 10 PRR and 10 MRR, typed enhancement.
Based on all of this if all added together it comes to 83 PRR and 75 MRR.
My character sheet actually shows 83 PRR and 50 MRR.
So I am missing 25 MRR.
When I hit 14 and equipped my Mysterious Cloak, I had 73 PRR and 47 MRR. The cloak states it gives a 18 Insight bonus to MRR, and 10 PRR and 10 MRR from the Sapphire of Defense augment, but it only increased by 10 PRR and 3 MRR.
So my guess is ... the Insight bonus on the Mysterious Cloak is only giving 3 MRR and the Sapphire of Defence is giving 0 MRR.

Sounds like several of those "type unlisted" MRR are conflicting. Which means they are duplicating with only the higher applying. What this tells me is that more testing needs to be done. Meaning tracking each source of MRR and PRR as it's acquired, and correlating it with what you're current bonus amount is. Before adding a new MRR or PRR source you'd have to record the amount it is. Then when you add a new source, note how much it increased your PRR or MRR. Did you get the full amount? If not, what is the difference between what you expected, and what you got? Which already applied bonus would account for that difference? For example if you're expecting MRR to increase by 9, but only got 3 then that means one of your 6 point bonuses is the same type.
If they're active abilities or toggles it's easier to track. If you enable chat log for effects it'll tell you what was conflicting.

Are you wearing robes? Robes have an MRR cap of 50.
EDIT: This is wrong. The actual robe cap is 100.

If using mountain stance, would have to be using robes or outfits.

robe cap is 50.
that benefits of MMR bonus from core enhancements ONLY take effect if you are wearing light or medium armor.
HP is currently bugged so that a lv 1 warlock using aura gets the +20 hp from the 6th lv core if in medium armor.
my Fig/Warlock wearing heavy armor is loosing out on this MRR too
