Starter Pack Cleric, Pet and Elixir missing

I bought the starter pack but I cannot find the Cleric Pet and Elixir from any characters in my account, how does the starter pack works? Should it be in inventory or is it a special key? Please look at my account to check please.

The hireling, pet, and elixirs should be in the inventory of the first character with which you logged on after the purchase. If they weren't there the first time I'd recommend closing and restarting the client and checking again, sometimes that solves such problems.
